After searching PleasantTravelChicago.com and selecting your travel itinerary, you will reach the checkout section. At checkout you will be shown your flight details (for your review), and asked to enter passenger and payment information. You can pay for your trip with PleasantTravelChicago.com using either a credit card or a debit card.

Someone else’s credit card: YES!
We do accept third party credit cards. You must have permission from the card holder to use their card. You can also use your credit card to make bookings for other people. PleasantTravel reserves the right to carry out a security check when we feel it is necessary. This is a measure taken to protect PleasantTravel and you, the card holder.
Holding the reservation: YES!
Our customer can hold the reservation for themselves or others for up to 12 hours. However, you have to call us during the business hours for your intentions. We don’t guarantee the price but we would love to hold your reservation and will not charge your credit card.
Cancellation within 12 hours: FREE!
We don’t charge any service charges if you cancel or change the reservation within 12 hours after issuing your ticket.
